Please excuse the poor quality of the photo...the colors are darker and richer, but its snowing here and either the picture came out too light or too dark.
I'd love to know if this is even close to what you need, Tonya. I made the 'A' into a little bug (if you can't tell). I'm getting ready to start the humbug and will make the letters smaller, I think?
Should the background be the same for all letters?
All comments welcome:))

Wheeeeee! If I can tell? of course I can. that is a fantastic buggy A - I love it. so amazing that these are your first letters. woohoo!
No, backgrounds don't have to be the same.
how big are these letters?
About 14" tall before a border - is that too large? I'm working on a small 'humbug' now.
looking good Deborah, I am hoping to dig out my fabrics and play this weekend. cw
definitely not too big, D. I think it would be fun to have a much smaller "humbug" to go with it. That way you can feel the irritation with that loud bah.
Geeze I love the letters/words...I shall be sewing today and this evening.
I love the buggy A and can definitely tell it's an A.
Wow, is this ever cute!!
Excellent letters and very cute bug!
VERY cute! That A is great. :)
I've finished making a load of letters for the quilt I'm working on, so hope to have a go at Bah Humbug in the next day or so. I can manage letters now, but some of you have come up with such creative designs. I'll have to get my thinking cap on.
Love the bug!
I love the buggy A!
Now that is the best A I have ever seen.
